All international butler trainees who are trained by UKBG and passed the exam are qualified to apply.

UKGB is committed to develop our trainees with an aim to form a private membership team comprised of individual members and enterprise members for the purpose of mutual assistance, coordination, exchange and sharing resources. It is different from an industry association, and its natural composition is: semi-members, members, top honorary members, and enterprise members.

Qualification requirement for semi-membership:

holding “international butler” qualification certificate of UKBG for over 1 year, after going through the process of application, examination, evaluation, and approval, etc, the association will confer semi-membership certificate.

Qualification requirement for membership:

work for two consecutive years in the butler service sector after becoming a semi-member, after going through the process of application, examination, and evaluation by expert and approval etc, the association will confer membership certificate.

Qualification requirement for top honorary membership:
 
high level managers as international butlers, and the senior professionals in the butler service sector, they represent the advanced frontier of international butler service. They are committed to conveying, promoting, developing and inheriting international butler service concept. Honorary members are the highest level in the UKBG Membership Organization. They will participate into the research and development of standards for the association, the appraisal and evaluation of members, the international symposiums and communications, representing certain organizational authority.

Qualification requirement for enterprise membership:

units or organizations with conditions of international butler service team, willing to execute the “Articles of Association for Enterprise Members of UK Butler Guild”, after going through the application, evaluation, and approval process, can be our enterprise members.
