A basic yet high quality training takes five days.  Depending on the client's wishes, we will customize a training curriculum for the property and staff.  In case that a training of five days or more is required we will include a customized training manual for free.  As far as we know, no other training institution offers its clients such a valued service.

The trainer requires time with the management to evaluate the service standards and style of the hotel, including its uniqueness.  At that time the management will determine the "Magic Wish" of what they would like to accomplish with the training.  Therefore, a curriculum can or may be developed on the right on the spot.  Training and recruitment is always "made to measure".
